There is no standard aging test method for thermally conductive adhesive for automotive industry. Gathered and analyzed statements of five autmo enterprises, GLPOLY is going to become the pioneer probably for proposing the first thermal adhesives aging test method.

Months ago, an engineer from a famous vehicle manufacturer submitted one thermal adhesive statement of requirement to several suppliers. Some of them failed to finish test in house, or suggested handing test task to The Thirdy Party, but the most important is all expense should be borne by customer. Only GLPOLY, a distinct company, took this test task actively. We made applicative suggestions after taking into account of technical purpose, application conditions and boundary conditions, material nature and test method.

At the meantime, based on A-DFEAM analysis, we suggested to make accelerated aging test including which will save two thirds of time and still exhibit accurate service life of thermally conductive adhesive.

We invited customer to join us for testing, we wish to cooperate, develop and grow with customer sincerely.

Also we made aging test for thermal pad, one of our vehicle manufacturing customer said”I wish to draw up test plans with GLPOLY together, because you are the only one that can finish this aging test by yourself”

GLPOLY thermal adhesive aging test standard, a methodologies innovative technical statement, is initiated in industry.

Coronavirus affected our life seriously, but we proceeded aging test day and night as planned. We not only provides products, but also offer attentive service.

GLPOLY thermally conductive adhesive is on trial by four major vehicle manufacturing enterprises in China, we are confident that GLPOLY thermal adhesive supply boom is near the corner
