XK-PN60 is a high thermal performance, low thermal resistance and silicone-free based thermal pad with thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK. This product provides high conformability for application uneven topologies, optimizng interface contact. It is ideal for silicone-sensitive applications, improving performance and service life of devices.
