Description

XK-P20LD is fiberglass reinforced, high performance thermal pad designed for electric vehicle battery pack cooling. It features low density, low hardness, lightweight, providing a high thermal conductivity and a low thermal resistance that outperforms common thermal pad and solution. This material is highly conformable for rough surface, improving interface contact.
