GLPOLY XK-P80 is a exceptional performance, high compliancy thermal gap filler pad designed to solve thermal management challenge of high-powered electronic devices, such as 5G telecom modules, AI devices. It provides exceptional performance equivalent to Tflex 900. GLPOLY thermal interface materials have been applied in leading enterprises such as Xiaokang Motor, Welling Motor, Farasis Energy, Leap Motor etc:
