XK-G30 is a high performance, excellent thermal management solution for electronics assemblies. It is formulated to accommodate a variety of different bondline thickness and provide low thermal impedance at any gaps. XK-G30 thermal gel is compatible with high volume, automated dispensing process.
GLPOLY performance thermal gel has features and benefits:

GLPOLY has partnered with DJI for three years, providing 3.2W thermal gel to solve thermal management issue of drones.
Customer used to purchase THERM-A-GAP GEL30, but they wanted to introduce a local brand for flexible purchase and logistics . GLPOLY was invited to bid for thermal gel as one of five bidders. After nine-month test and comparison, GLPOLY XK-G30 thermal gel emerged as the best one for reliability and performance. Customer carried out accelerated aging test, thermal shock test and high and low temperature altering test for , GLPOLY thermal gel XK-G30 exhibited the minimal change before and after test-within 5% of change.
Then customer proceeded with test run in the next five months, all performance were stable and reliable, temperature rise was always within expected range. They found that only GLPOLY thermal gel XK-G30 maintained paste state when they took devices apart, this was one of characteristics that could keep devices performing at their best.
XK-G30 thermal gel is a non-curing, dispensable gap filling materials, and deforms under low compression force, decreasing stress on component thus decreasing component failures.
At present, GLPOLY thermal gels have been applied to 5G telecom, automotive electroncis, pilot and AI devices, taking the largest market in China.
