GLPOLY Non-silicone thermal pad provides rapid heat transfer, sticking to heart(core)

SILICONE-FREE THERMAL PAD,NON-SILICONE GAP PAD,THERMAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION


GLPOLY had developed high performance, ultra soft and good electrical insulation silicone-free thermal gap pad. Although some manufacuturers said they can provide silicone-free thermal pad too, as we know, there is no one else can produce 5.0W/mK non-silicone thermal pad except GLPOLY in China.

Why does customer use silicone-free thermal pad? What applications will non-silicone thermal pad be applied to? No siloxane volatiles is the first priority for customer to select. GLPOLY silicone-free thermal pad is Polyolefin Copolymer based and produced by a special production line to avoid silicone pollution. It is suitbale for auto GPS, headlight, LED light, security camera and battery pack.

GLPOLY non-silicone thermal pad will not affect electrical property because there is no siloxane volatiles while it provides high thermal performance and temperature resistance.

Silicone-free thermal features low hardness provding high compression and closely contact that it make heat transfer effectively.

One customer requested for an auto wireless charger, we recommended silicone-free thermal pad XK-PN50. Customer designed large size, ultra thin and 5.0W/mK of thermal conductivity, it is a advanced design. Also it gave us some tips because most of large size of thermal pads are used in battery pack before, now we can use it in other application.

GLPOLY controls the quality in every process, raw material check, mixing, clandering and packaging, to comply with authoritive standard.
