GLPOLY sets up a test laboratory and is able to test 11 items over thermal interface materials in Dongguan facility, such as thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, high temperature aging test, thermal shock test, flammability, electrical insulation and oil leakage rate.

Thermal conductivity measurement apparatus is the basic equipment for thermal interface materials manufacturer, but many manufacturers just produce thermal materials and don’t test them before delivery.

When we finish product, we will test all items complying with customers’ requirements, high temperature aging test 1000 hours, 10 years service life by accelerated test, etc. all parameters of properties variety are within 10%, providing high performance and reliability.
