Description

Most of 5G server suppliers were suffering from thermal management and failed to propse a efficient thermal solution. The first priority for 5G server suppliers is to select a reliable supplier of thermal management materials. GLPOLY Thermal putty gel XK-G80 is a solid choice for 5G server thermal management, it was proven.

Some peers said they can provide thermal interface materials for 5G server thermal management. Actually, they failed to solve this problem. how did we know? We received lots of inquiries that asked for an alternative to Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL 60 which was applied to 5G application. when you get an alternative, you must be careful with performance of product.

 GLPOLY thermal gel XK-G80 provided a thermal conductivity of 8.0W/mK, and has been applying to dJI drone in volume production. the reliability had been verified by thirdy party and customers.

In May, 2019, the technical director of a 5G server manufacturer in Guangzhou called us and inquiried about thermal putty gel. He had tested several brands of thermal gel before, and found that no one can met his requirements. He wanted to test one more time before he decided to use Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL60. He lose confidence in domestic suppliers because he tested so many products. When he known that we were providing XK-G80 thermal gel for top brand dJI drone, he doubted. We offered customer samples which we provided for dJI drone to test.

One month later, customer came back to me and said thermal properties and physical properties satisfied out requirements, we’ll push forward production of this project. It’s been one year since customer started bulk production, there was no complaint raised.
