Verify the service life of thermal insulation materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences and LIXIANG support GLPOLY finalizing aging test standard

Customers worries about the service life of thermal insulation materials, which is also the benchmark for evaluating many manufacturers whether they meet the automobile standards. The national projects are all strict, so before carrying out this aging test, we submitted a test plan of 19 pages. After communicating with experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the content was soon finalized and implemented. From 5 hours to 510 hours, 11 groups of test contents with different test time were arranged, which not only ensured the real data, but also accurately verified the reliability of thermal insulation materials under the assembly simulation condition. Finally, all are approved by the experts. Recently, A similar test required from automobile customer, although the test sample is two-component liquid materials, it also can via the same testing concept to get the reliable aging result.

 

This year, we will try our best to turn this test scheme into an industry test standard. Base on the test history of NIO, DJI, Chinese Academy of Sciences, that will support this aging test scheme turning into industry test standard.
