Why does GLPOLY use imported raw material? At present, most Chinese thermally conductive insulator  manufacturers, restricted by raw materials and production technique, service life 4, 5 years. However, these materials could not continue to be used after 5 years, its thermal conductive performance will be reduced, effect the components, maybe damage the device. If it cannot be repaired, users will have to purchase new device again. The thickness of thermal insulator XK-SF15 can reach 0.2 mm, which fully apply to high voltage modules and functional components of DC-DC power supply. Our LED customers in Guangzhou has already used XK-SF15 for 4 years. 

At the beginning ,this customer also looked for a alternative of Hankel. We recommended XK-SF15 and provided samples, and then customer said that was a little worry about the service life. We quickly arranged 500 hours aging test. The test results showed that the initial thermal conductivity was 1.5 w/m · k, although there was a change with aging time, the decrease did not exceed 5%. Compared with the sample test results of competitors in the same period, other samples are not better than GLPOLY.  Over the past few years, XK-SF15 deliveries have been increasing, no market complaints, the quality is quite stable.
