It is obviously difficult to emerge from competitors, for instance,  Bergquist, Laird or Fujipoly in industry of thermal management materials. After five years of fighting, GLPOLY competed with these world class brands and has achieved greatness.  

Some peers produce thermal management materials based on experiences resulting in repeated failures in practice. It’s inevitable that customers will lose confidence in local products and select foreign brands.

Many of our customers used to apply foreign brands like Bergquist, Chomerics or 3M before they applied GLPOLY thermal interface materials, why do they make a switch? I can remember that when customer visited our facility, Mr. Xiao, the R&D director, explained development and production process to customer and customer was impressed.

“Can you provide thermal pad with thermal conductivity of 20.0W/mK which is alternative to XX product, we are designing a new product requesting thermal interface materials with high performance?”Customer asked. “Is electrical insulation required? Now we can provide liquid silicone based materials with thermal conductivity of 18.0W/mK, no rivals can make it in China.”

We discussed this solution with customer and found that 11.0W/mK thermal gap pad will perform stable enough instead of 18.0W/mK thermal pad. Professional and economic solution leads to long-term cooperation.
