There are few manufacturers produce silicone free thermal film, not because they can’t make it, but designers always request traditional thermal silicone pad and don’t develop a concept of silicone free material.
One of our customers used silicone free thermal insulator providing by kerafol, called keratherm MT102, now they wanted to find an alternative in local market. He thought this must be a special thermal pad which is difficult to find in local market. keratherm MT102 is an elastomer-film based thermally conductive insualation sheet with thermal conducivity of 1.1W/mK, I assume keratherm MT102 is just a medium performance thermally conductive eletrical insulation film sheet.
