The Only One That Substitutes For Tflex 800, GLPOLY XK-P60 Provides Exceptional Performance And Low Hardness

XK-P60 is a high thermal performance, electrical insulation thermal gap pad with thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK designed for high performance industrial control and medical equipments. It has a high temperature resistance of 200.

 

Before Chinese Spring Festival, We provided samples for an industrial control equipment manufacturer. This customer used Laird Tflex 800 in the past, for some reasons such as long lead time etc, they wanted to find a local supplier and we knew each other at the Productronicachina Fair.

 

XK-P60 provides similar performance to Laird Tflex 800, it is proven by testing in house. "Can you show me some cases about application?"The customer asked, he wanted to make sure this is a mature product for volume production, we understood."This material has been applying to Disking intelligent detection equipment, DFV automotive electronics."the customer decided to start testing before Chinese Spring Festival. Customer tested our products while we tested products at the same time, in order to contrast the results.  When we returned to office after Chinese New Year, we received feedback from customer, "XK-P60 performed stable, the data you provided and mine were identical, we were moving forward for production now."

 

Last year, a millimater wave radar manufacturer consulted with us about high performance thermal gap pad, replacing existing 5.0W/mK thermal pad of Laird Tflex700. Because of product upgrade, a higher performance was needed. They tested Tflex 800 too, performance was excellent but the price was far beyond expactation.


They found some application cases of GLPOLY XK-P60 from internet which stated comparison information in detail.  The chief engineer asked” Is it true that your thermal pad XK-P60 can substitute for Laird Tflex 800, I had tried many brands, no one performed as well as it was claimed?””We promise that GLPOLY thermal gap pad provides equivalent performance to Laird Tflex 800, it was verified by military equipment institute.” The chief engineer was surprised and asked for samples for testing.


Aging test lasted for two months at 150 centi-degree, change of each parameter was less than 5%. “It exhibited the best thermal and physical properties among domestic products I had tested.” Our offer was 30% off compared with price of Tflex 800 offered by Laird. Customer had been benefited from short lead time, low cost and purchase flexibility since we started business last year.

 

Another customer wanted to find thermal gap pad in Chinese local market to substitute for Laird Tflex800, but they didn’t find a satisfied one. Thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK can be achieved, so was hardness of Shore00 40. But the difficulty with this was to achieve these two requirements at the same time. As we known, the higher the thermal conductivity, the harder the thermal gap pad, this paradox was really hard to solve. That’s why it was not easy to find a substitute for Laird Tflex800.
