Five years ago, when we participated Productronics Fair, we met Star Charger-a major EV charger manufacturer in China. We engaged in this industry earlier than most of competitors in thermal interface materials sector, providing a 2.0W/mK thermal gap pad XK-P20 for customer to test performance and reliabiity. It take six months to finish entire test, including high low temperature thermal shock, accelerated high temperature aging test and 85 centigrade & RH 85% test. XK-P20 thermal gap pad exhibited excellent properties: comparing the data before and after test, the changes was less than 6%. Chief engineer was really surprised by this result, he said XK-P20 thermal gap pad was the most reliable product he had ever tested. Customer and GLPOLY grew together and complemented each other, now we are participating in customer’s development of nearly 10 projects.
