How could GLPOLY XK-G30 thermal gel attract customer to fly from Beijing with their PCB to our facility to simulate and verify dispense process? At the beginning, we provided samples for customer, but they could not find a proper dispense solution, and other suppliers could not suggest customer dispense process too. We decided to use “W”dispense routine for verification. One months later, the accelerated aging test was finished, the change of test result before and after test was less than 5%. It exhibited excellent reliability. Since then, this customer became one of our pretty loyal customers.
