I’ll introduce this thermal gel into BOM for trial production first, if it’s still reliable in trial production, XK-G50 will substitute for Fujipoly SPG50A.” As expected, half a year later, this customer told me XK-G50 thermal putty would be applied for bulk production. that meant XK-G50 thermal putty replaced SPG50A in customer’s BOM system.
