As auto-grade thermal interface materials, besides thermal performnace, the reliabililty must be verified for 500hrs at least. GLPOLY auto-grade thermal interface materials are verified by aging test for 2000hrs, and recognized by customer, no rivals will do tests like this in China.
Actually, just a few of manufacturers has standard test equipment, either the test is outsourced or the tesst is inaccurate. GLPOLY has introduced a full set of test equipments which will be maintained and calibrated regularly, verifying compliance with requirements.
For example, a customer required a reliability report of thermal gap pad XK-P20, the R&D team spent half a month to discuss the technical issue and test conditions, then prepared specimens and outsourced the fixtures. All specimens were tested for collecting the initial indexes. Specimens were grouped according to temperature which was given in test solution. There was no rivals providing such a specific reliability test before in China.
