XK-S30 two-part thermal gap filler has a thermal conductivity of 3.0W/mK,  providing high performance and excellent electrically insulation. It deflects under low compressive forces, decreasing stress on components. It is suitable for filling variety of different gap thicness and compatible with high volume, automated dispensing system reducing cost of production.

Description

In the past few years, most of vehicle manufacturers selected Lord, Bergquist or Fujipoly etc thermal gap filler as thermal management solution for their battery pack and motor. Now it’s changed, GLPOLY has taken its place among top suppliers of thermal gap filler in electric vehicle industry, surpassing the counterparts.

GLPOLY XK-S30 is a two part, high performance thermal gap filler desgined for automotive motor thermal management. We had  cooperated with customer for half a year, and provided 10kg samples each month. Verifying automotive part was really a long process, XK-S30 exhibits excellent stability of thermal performance with a smooth temperature curve. GLPOLY won the bid finally.

XK-S30 thermal gap filler has advantages and benefits of:

1. two part packaged, mix ratio ”1:1”by volume. XK-S30 thermal gap filler is ideal for uneven topography, filling intricate voids and gaps,  decreasing thermal resistance.

GLPOLY XK-S30 thermal gap filler is supplied in two component, designed for automotive applications, such as battery pack, motor etc. This material has been applied in leading enterprises such as Xiaokang Motor, Welling Motor, Farasis Energy, Leap Motor etc:

1. Thermal conductivity 3.0W/mK, fillers are processed by nano-scale grinding machine for improving contact between particles and optimizing heat transfer, no peers would do this;

2. Mix ratio ”1:1”by volume, suitable for automated dispense processes;

3. Ideal for uneven topography, deforms under low compressive force, decreasing stress on component;

4. Cures into sheet, in place of thermal gap pad for ease of maintenace;

5. Accommodates a variety of bond line thickness to multiple devices;

6. Proven reliability under low and high temperature thermal cycling, 10-year prediction service life;



XK-S30 thermal gap filler is easily dispensed, offering infinite thickness with little or no stress on component, thus decreasing component failures. It also eliminates the need for specific thickness and die-cut shape for applications. This material cures at room temperature or with additional heat for fast cure.
