Why should we select silicone free thermal pad?

Why do we select silicone free thermal pad, what benefits can silicone free thermal pad offer?

Most of traditional thermal pad are silicone based, no matter what grade it is, you can never stop silicone oil leakage or siloxane volatiles. The siloxane volatiles may make the component electrical insulation. If it is used in LED light, headlight or camera, the volatiles will cause atomization.
