Compared with Fujipoly NR-c, GLPOLY silicone free thermal pad exhibits good features


Fujipoly thermal interface materials are recognised by many customers, high performance, high reliability, etc, the author never deny about the quality of Fujipoly products. But if you are unconvenient to find Fujipoly products or you want to reduce cost, you can contact GLPOLY for alternatives.

Maybe you don’t trust GLPOLY because it’s not as famous as top class brand, let’s do a little compare and contrast here.  GLPOLY silicone free thermal pad XK-PN15 and Fujipoly NR-c will be taken as example.

We check the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance under the same test conditions. Thickness is 0.5mm, pressure is 14.5psi. we get test results as following, Fujipoly: thermal conductivity and thermal resistance are 1.5W/mK and 0.62℃in2/W, and for GLPOLY, thermal conductivity and thermal reistance are 1.5W/mK and 0.45℃in2/W. Obviously, XK-PN15 offers better performance.

Except thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, hardness is also a important factor to performance. GLPOLY XK-PN15 silicone free thermal pad is soft gel-like material based, hardness is Shore00 30, it offers great conformability and compression, optimizing effective contact  and reducing contact resistance. Fujipoly shows a hardness of Shore00 50, it is much harder than GLPOLY XK-PN15, it is unfavorable to expel air and fill small gaps.

Compared with top class brand, GLPOLY silicone free thermal pad XK-PN15 has exhibited good features and performance.  Applying GLPOLY thermal interface materials, you will feel ease on thermal management.
