When we received customer’s inquiry, we proceeded immediately. we gathered engineers to review the detail, requested die-cut department to discuss mould and die cut. Customer’s chief engineer and purchasing supervisor came to our facility joining the test and debugging of non-silicone thermal pad.

After three business days, we delivered the samples for test. All performance parameters met customer’s requirements except the die-cut size, we had corrected the lazer die cut solution that very night. Trials goes well.
