GLPOLY XK-XN40 is a high thermal performance, silicone-free, non curing thermal grease with thermal conductivity of 4.0W/mK.

There are many thermal grease manufacturers, and different standards will be applied in production. of course many of them can make thermal grease with thermal conductivity of 4.0W/mK, but just a few manufacturers can make thermal grease with high perofrmance, silicone-free and non curing combined, GLPOLY is one of them.

Problems must be solved, when they checked detail, theye felt the temperature rising rapidly. When they took product apart, they foud the thermal grease cured and dried out, material failed to transfer heat. Acutally, this is not the first time we have ever seen.

We discussed with engineer about the power, gaps and more, we recommend XK-XN40 non-silicone thermal grease. Test lasted for one month, temperature rise was always lower than they expected.
