In the year of 2017, a British customer enquiry for a 6.0W/mK silicone-free thermal gap pad. We showed him the TDS of XK-PN60 with a thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK. “Is the data true? I had enquiry about several suppliers and no one can supply a silicone-free thermal gap pad with thermal conductivity that is greater than 3.0W/mK.” GLPOLY has been pioneering in non-silicone thermal management materials manufacturing, providing diverse products for customers.

The requested silicone-free thermal pad was used in LED array, if there is siloxane volatiles, performance or service life would be affected. Customer satisfied with parameters and wished to test it in package.

We delivered samples in five days. The reliability test would last for 1000hrs at 125℃。One and a half months later, customer was pleased to tell me that the change of critical charateristics were less than 5% and test report had been confirmed for high stability and reliability.

We havn’t had quality complaint for three years since we start business of silicone-free thermal gap pad XK-PN60.
