There are always some problems to rivals’products, for example, high viscosity decreases dispensing speed, sedimentation causes oil-powder separated, even a fake thermal conductivity is marked. GLPOLY promises to provide thermal silicone gel which is comparable to Fujipoly SPG-50A.
Several years ago, a French customer wanted to find a 5.0W/mK thermal paste that can substitute for Fujipoly SPG-50A. Bacuase this material was used in volume production, the performance of substitute material must be equal to that of Fujipoly SPG-50A at least. They had enquired about several suppliers already before they found GLPOLY, but no one can provide an equivalent product. There are two key characteristics like speed of 20-25g/min at 30cc EFD Cartridge, 0.1” orifice and 90psi, thermal conductivity of 5.0W/mK at least.
GLPOLY can provide a thermal silicone gel with thermal conductivity of 5.0W/mK, but need to adjust dispensing speed, it means we need to change the viscosity. All parameters must be taken into account even one of them was changed and it takes several days to verify properties and performance, we promised to finish modification in seven days.
GLPOLY makes a commitment based on proven technologies, at present we had 1.5W/mK -8.0W/mK thermal putty gel in volume production. One week later, we submitted test report marking a thermal conductivity of 5.3W/mK and speed of 22g/min, with all parameters satisfied. Customer asked for samples and tested them assembled in package, resulting in consistent data. We havn’t had quality complaint for years since we started business from 2017.
