In the last years, domestic rivals struggled with a limited product portfolio, it is mainly silicone-free thermal gap pad. GLPOLY has been supplying silicone-free thermal gel putty while providing silicone-free thermal gap pad for satifying deversified demand and breaking the monopoly of foreign brands.

Fujipoly takes a big market share of thermal management materials, especially in China. Silicone-free thermal gel SG 26NS is as a benchmark for engineers to select non-silicone thermal gel putty and widely used in electronic applications. Aiming at this product, GLPOLY had developed non-silicone thermal gel putty XK-GN30 which provides equivalent performance, it is truth. 

Years ago, a coating machinery company consulted with GLPOLY about thermal management materials suited for temperature sensor, requested a thermal paste gel with high performance, high reliability, no siloxane and non-cure. This customer used to apply Fujipoly SG26NS non-silicone thermal gel with a thermal conductivity of 2.6W/mK. Because of product improvement, customer needed a higher performance and cost effective non-silicone thermal gel putty. They had consulted with several suppliers and no one can provide a non-silicone thermal gel putty but thermal gap  pad.

GLPOLY was the only that can provide non-silicone thermal gel paste they has consulted with. I recommeded XK-GN30 silicone-free thermal gel paste with a thermal conductivity of 3.0W/mK which had been supplying for DJI and ETDYN for years. Customer had this product tested in condition of 110 centigrade for one week. Result exibits all critical charateristics changed less than 5%, it’s highly stable and reliable. It’s been three years since we started cooperation, no quality complaint rised.

GLPOLY has been the top quality supplier to DJI, GAC, A123 system for years, what’s more is that GLPOLY thermal management materials had been applied to military equipment in 2019 National Parade.
