Bergquist Hi-Flow 300P is Polyimide based with thermally conductive materials coated on both sides. It has excellent electrical insulation, tear and shear resistance. The carrier of GLPOLY XK-C16 is Kapton, a polyimide(PI for short) produced by Dupon. Raw materials and process for both products are similar, so if you trust Bergqquist Hi-Flow 300P, you don’t need to worry about the reliability of GLPOLY XK-C16 too.
