We were glad to hear customer said that even it sounded unkind, because it meant that this was a tageted customer and he was the taget we looked for.
GLPOLY high performance XK-P60 was designed to benchmark Fujipoly XR-E. Thought XR-E marked a thermal conductivity of 11.0W/mK, it provided thermal performance the same as GLPOLY XK-P60 did. Why? Because Fujipoly XR-E was tested by ASTM D5470, exhibiting a higher parameter than result tested by Hot Disk. That’s why we were confident that XK-P60 could substitute for Fujipoly XR-E. This was practical. We provided XK-P60 thermal gap pad for ZTE to test. The performance of both GLPOLY XK-P60 and Fujipoly XR-E were similar.
