GLPOLY XK-PN15 non-silicone thermal pad is soft gel-like material based, hardness is Shore00 30, it offers great conformability and compression, optimizing effective contact and reducing contact resistance. Fujipoly shows a hardness of Shore00 50, it is much harder than GLPOLY XK-PN20, it is unfavorable to expel air and fill small gaps.
