One customer from a 5G telecom equipment contacted me, inquiring about high performance thermal gap pad, requesting a thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK at least. He declared that he need a 6.0W/mK thermal gap pad with measured data, not a typical value. He said he saw a lot that specification(typical value) was not consistent with measured data, the measured ones were much lower than specification data. Not one or two but in general cases.

When test was finished, customer was surprised by result. The data change before and after aging test was less than 5%, “it is incredible, this material is the best one I had tested.” For five years, I had never received quality complaint.
