GLPOLY XK-S20 thermal gap filler has been validated by several Chinese automaker, competing with Bergquist GF2000 with high thermal performance and low thermal resistance.

And, GLPOLY re-processed filler by nano-grinder for reducing particle and increasing specific surface area. Further more, thermal gap filler XK-S20 was verified by high temperature aging test for 1000hrs, extreme temperature thermal cycling by third party.
