Most of similar products provided by competitors failed to meet customers’ requirepments for either thermal conductivity or bonding strength or low service life. GLPOLY XK-TN08 was the only one that can avoid above three problems in China, being Applied by a great exporter in Jiangmen, Guangdong.
The raw materials which was imported from top class suppliers, keeps material reliable. Also GLPOLY introduced an automated production line for XK-TN08 thermally conductive tape, eliminating artificial error, keeping product consistency. GLPOLY provided die-cut service for customers free of charge that help customers improve production efficiency.
In 2018, This customer contact me and asked if we could provide an UL certified thermal tape with a five-year service life at least. Customer collected 5 samples for testing from different suppliers including Bergquist Ply-Bond series products.
After three-year continuous test, GLPOLY XK-TN08 thermally conductive tape emerged as the most reliable one for thermal performance and bonding strength. Customer informed us that XK-TN08 was intrduced into BOM system and serial production would be proceeded in Q2.
