Also GLPOLY introduced an automated production line for XK-TN08 thermally conductive tape, eliminating artificial error, keeping product consistency. In 2018, This customer contact me and asked if we could provide an UL certified thermal tape with a five-year service life at least. Customer collected 5 samples for testing from different suppliers including Bergquist Ply-Bond series products.
After three-year continuous test, GLPOLY XK-TN08 thermally conductive tape emerged as the most reliable one for thermal performance and bonding strength. Customer informed us that XK-TN08 was intrduced into BOM system and serial production would be proceeded in Q2.
