I knew that Tflex HD80000 was a high performance thermal pad with a thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK, and it provided good compression rate. These were the greatest strengths Tflex HD80000 had.
Certainly, I had an excellent product which was equivalent to Tflex HD80000,it’s called thermal putty pad or high deflection thermal gap pad XK-P60-Putty. This material has a thermal conductivity of 6.0W/mK too, and the compression rate is up to 90%. It deflects under low compression force, decreasing stress on component, thus decreasing component failures.
Customer requested some samples for testing, of course it’s available, samples were delivered in three days. Customer said he would carry out reliability test for 500hrs in the next months. One months later, customer called me and told me that device performed stably with a low temperature rise which is 15 Celsius degree lower than expected. Except the thermal performance, we provided a short lead time of 15 days and favorable price, which is 30% off comparing with price of imported products.
