We supported his request and suggested him carry out a high temperature aging test. He tested the samples at 115 Celsius degree while the other one at 90 Celsius degree for 1200 hours.

After he read the test report, he told me he was very satisfied with the temperature rise, because it was even lower than he expected, especially when he saw the non-silicone thermal gel maintaining state of paste, he was really impressed. Now He has not received complaint like this again for two years since we enter into cooperation.
