We had validated that the performance of PU thermally conductive structural adhesive attenuated by 40% after ageing test for 500hours, according to simulation calculation, car recall event would take place probably. That was why we abandoned PU adhesives and select modified epoxy technology. We wished to provide support to customer verifying the reliability of modified epoxy thermally conductive structural adhesives and PU. In the next year, we supplied 10kg XK-D12L product each month to this customer for testing. finally, GLPOLY thermally conductive structural adhesive emerged at the most reliable one in high temperature ageing test.
