GLPOLY XK-P10F ultra soft thermal gap pad is designed for automotive electronic thermal management with Shore00 10 hardness.

Bergquist Gap Pad Ultra VO Soft is a the softest product. providing excellent compression. Many counterparts said they can provide alternative with similar thermal performance or electrical properties, but the most important features of low hardness and high compression will not be contrasted.

Siemens engineer found us and asked ”Can you provide an alternative to Bergquist Gap Pad Ultra VO Soft, with same or better thermal performance, compression and thermal resistance?” . Actually, we had been developing a thermal gap pad that provides similar performance to Bergquist Gap Pad Ultra VO Soft, and we were almost there. So we told customer the truth”We are developing a similar product now, and we are going to complete it in half a month.”. Customer wish to wait for final test report, because the didn’t find a proper product yet.

Half a month later, we finished the samples as expected. When I sent them the samples, I can feel they don’t value the samples. But after they finished the test, they were surprised, hardness of Shore00 10, compression of 90% and thermal resistance of 0.35Kin2/W…, thermal and physical properties were as good as Gap Pad Ultra VO Soft’s. “We had tested dozens of samples, your product is the best, also it’s only one that met our requirements.”

GLPOLY XK-P10F thermal gap pad is designed for auto eletronics with high performance, low thermal resistance. It provides low hardness and compression, optimizing interface contact and heat transfer.

GLPOLY is providing thermal interface materials to leading enterprises such as DJI, LG, DT Mobile, Quectel Wireless, GAC Motor, NIO Motor and more, helping them design devices that run cooler and more reliably.
