11.0W/mK Thermal Pad-Superior Quality For Aerospace Equipment, Why Not Try It?

GLPOLY high performance thermal gap pad XK-P110 has been applied in aeronautical positioning and nevigation equipment.

GLPOLY is the first one to launch high thermal conductivity thermal gap pad in China, maybe is the only one that launch 11.0W/mK thermal gap pad.

Last June, an aerospace equipment manufacturer consulted us about thermal gap pad. He asked if we could provide thermal gap pad with 10.0W/mK thermal conductivity at least. He had tested samples supplied by other famous suppliers, but he found none of them meeting requirement, and he had to use imported products if our product still failed to satisfy their requirement. We were told that we just had one chance to verify that our thermal gap pad was suitable for his application. After internal discussion and analysis on previous cases, we recommended 11.0W/mK thermal gap pad XK-P110 confidently. Validation was a long process, especially for a high end equipment.

In June 2021, we received customer’s feedback. His team assessed the test result and satisfied with performance and reliability. This plan was submmitted to management for formal approval. Volume production is just a matter of time, I believe.

GLPOLY XK-P110 is a highly conformable thermal gap pad with superior pressure versus deflection characteristics, allowing minimal stress on components and low thermal resistance between interfaces. More importantly, the fillers is reprocessed by nano-scale grinder, improving contact between partilces, optimizing heat transfer, I think we are the only one to add this additional process in China.
