Thermal Gap Filler Helps Improve Thermal Management of Drivers

On the market, there is a range of thermal gap fillers. But the quality of products varies considerably, you will feel that it’s not easy to purchase a suitable thermal gap filler to improve thermal management of your electronic devices. Here is a case I experienced last year.

Mr. Wang was the purchasing manager from a driver manufacturing company, he used to purchase Gap Filler 2000 as thermal interface material for driver products. The high temperature ageing test lasted for two months. One day, Mr. Wang called me and said his team had finished the test, and were satisfied with the results. Change of indexes before and after ageing test were within tolerance.
