A smaller, faster device that generates huge amount of heat when it provide smooth and efficient performance. I think what you concern most is component overheating and device failure.

More and more thermal interface materials manufacturers showed up and claimed how excellent their products were, but when you verified them you found that it did not square with the facts. I guess you would meet this before.

Mr. Yang is a purchasing officer from a transnational enterprise. He is looking for thermal interface materials with a minimal bar of 6.0W/mK thermal conductivity for a new project-an intelligent detection device. He found us on internet and saw many cases of collaborating with leading enterprises such as GAC NE(subsidiary of GAC Motor), NIO Motor, LG, DJI and more. He believed he could find a solid product this time. After evaluating customer’s design requirements, we thought 6.0W/mK thermal conductivity was enough for his application, and recommeneded  XK-P60 thermal gap pad. Although Mr. Yang was satisfied with the indexes, the physical test was required. He applied for samples for test and carried aging test for 1200hrs. Two months later, he got the report he wanted, temperature rise was within the range of tolerance. “GLPOLY XK-P60 thermal gap pad was the only one we have tested that could meet our requirements.”he said.

The reasons he selected GLPOLY thermal gap pad were:

1. Products were verified by leading enterprises such as NIO Motor, DT Mobile

2. Low oil bleeding, no contamination to components, environmentally-friendly;

3. Introduce automated production lines, keep consistency of product;

4. 14-day leadtime, providing logistics flexibility;

GLPOLY serves many leading enterprises such as DT Mobile, TINNO Mobile, LG, Huawei, Lixiang Motor, GAC Motor, NIO Motor, providing them with time-tested knowledge and advanced thermal interface materials to solve thermal management challenges.
