Today, we received trial production order of non-silicone thermal gel from V company in Zhuhai.

Usually, it will takes a long time to approve a project.  but it just took twenty days this time, it was lucky.

Earlier this year, we partnered with this customer on a thermal gap pad project, even the test was not finished yet, customer learned some thing about GLPOLY. When she wanted to find a substitute for Fujipoly thermal gel, she asked me to recommend a product directly. We learned that it was for automtoive application. in the past years, We experienced many automotive application cases such as pilot, nn-wave radar, head-up display and more, so we knew that thermal performance was not the only item she valued, but also volatilization, silicone-sensitive etc. So non-silicone thermal gel is preferred.

We recommended XK-GN30, a 3.0W/mK non-silicone thermal gel. This product is liquid dispensable gap filling material designed for silicone-sensitive precise applications, eliminating siloxane concern.
