In Jan 2021, we received a inquiry for antenna unit about thermal gap pad XK-P60 from a 5G device manufacturer in Germany. He said this product was recommended by his partner, Quec in Shanghai, China, and was suggested to use XK-P60 because performance of this product has been verified in previous projects.
Customer checked the reliability test report and satified with the performance, but he still need to determine the comprehensive performance in consideration of predence. I understood and provided samples to customer for reliability verification.
Some day in June, I received customer email inlcuding a product confirmation letter. We heard that Germans are very critical of products, but this time, they approved XK-P60 thermal gap pad without any discontent. Now, with the COVID-19 waning, everything gets back on track. Customer is pushing project forward and preparing for mass production.
